If the dealer exposes the top card of the pack before
the betting has been completed on the previous round,
he leaves the card face up on the pack until the betting
on that round is completed. After the betting has been
completed on that round, the dealer must burn or bury
from the top of the pack as many cards (including the
exposed card) as there are active players left in the
game. Under no conditions are the players permitted
to look at the burned online poker cards. Thereafter, the play continues
according to the rules, in a way similiar to Deuces
Wild.
IMPROPER DEALING
A dealer is not permitted to deal the first card face
up and the second online poker card face down. The first card must
be dealt face down, becoming the player´s hole card.
PROTECTING A HOLE CARD
A player must protect his hole card at all times. Protecting
a hole card is to permit no other player to know its
identity, regardless of whether the player is active
or dead.
A player is not permitted at any time to turn up his
hole card and call for his next card face down.
A player, when folding up, is not permitted to expose
his poker hole card to any of the online players or to mention its
identity.
CHECKING ON THE LAST ROUND
If a player checks on the last round, all other players
in order to check too must be able to beat the checking
player´s four open cards. Otherwise a check is not permitted.
For example, a player who has checked has a pair of
open aces. The next and following players cannot check
unless they cn beat the open pair, although they may
bet if the situation permits. This rule is incorporated
to protect a player´s hand against another player who
calls an impossible hand, although there is no penalty
that could be imposed on an online poker player for failure to comply.
BETTING OUT Of TURN
The following rules apply to free staying, calling, or raising
out of turn. An online player making a bet out of turn must
leave the bet in the pot. Re cannot take it back, and
the play reverts to the proper player. When it is the
proper turn of the player who bet out of turn, he must
do one of the following:
1. if no bet has been made by any preceding player,
the bet stands as is.
2. If a bet has been made by a previous player smaller
than the bet made out of turn, it stands as a raise.
3. If a bet has been made by a previous player equal
to the bet out of turn, it stands as a stay, play or call.
The player who bet out of turn cannot raise.
4. If a previous bet was raised by another player and
the bet is in excess of the amount bet by the out-of-turn
player. the out-of-turn player may drop out of the pot,
stay or call by equaling the online poker bet made by the previous
betters, or re-raise the pot after equaling the bet.
VERBAL BETTING
If a player in his turn of play announces orally that
he is making a bet, he must abide by the announcement.
He cannot increase or decrease the bet Should a player
make an announcement not in his proper Casino turn of play
and has not placed any money in the pot, it should be
disregarded and considered a joke or an attempted bluff, like in draw
poker.
TAPPING OUT
If a player has put all his money into the pot and no
longer can bet, it is called a tap-out when that player
is permitted to play for the size of the pot up to the
time he no longer has money. If the other players keep
betting they put theft bets to one side, as the tapping-out
player has no interest in that side pot. The tapping-out
player receives cards until the haad is completed, and
should he have the highest-ranking hand on the online poker showdown,
he wins only the pot, not the side pot; that is won
by the player having the highest-ranking cards among
the remaining betters. A player is permitted only one
tap-out during a Poker session.
A player when tapping out can raise only if he still
has an amount equal to the maximum limit, so in case
of a re-raise he can call the bet. A player cannot tap
out with money on the table.
IMPROPER FOLD-UP
If a player decides to drop out of the pot or fold up,
he cannot give an indication, verbal or otherwise, until
it is his proper turn of play. Strict observance of
this rule will make for a better game. Should he fold
up out of turn his hand is dead.
DEALER ERRS IN CALLING HIGHEST OPEN HAND
When the dealer errs in calling the highest open hand
and as a result the wrong player bets (if it is discovered
before the betting is completed on that round), the
dealer must online poker correct the play by giving back out of the
pot the money that was improperly bet. This is the only
time a player is permitted to take money out of the
pot.
